Diet weight control can be accomplished by eating healthy foods. Eating fresh uncooked fruit and vegetables will help you lose the fat. Eat lots of fiber, drink lots of water, exercise regularly, eat green vegetables, eat healthy fats such as nuts and fish and learn to read the labels on food. Check the serving size. Many people look at the calories or the carbs on the label but fail to note that is per serving.

When the body gets proper nutrition it will start to automatically get rid of unneeded weight. As the pounds drop off, you will start to see positive results in your cholesterol, blood pressure and insulin levels.

Sugar consumption has been another cause of our expanding waistlines. People are consuming roughly twice the amount of sugar they need each day, about 20 teaspoons on a 2000 calorie/day diet. The added sugar is found mostly in junk foods, such as pop, cake, candy, and cookies. You will see the weight come off and start feeling a whole lot better by cutting the sugar out of the diet as much as possible.



Eating Healthy Food is the key to fat loss. Eat spinach, blueberries, tomatoes, carrots, walnuts, black beans, yogurt and oats. Include these with a small amount of protein such as salmon, turkey or lean flank steak. Limit your meat intake and increase your "super food" intake and watch the weight come off.
